Hey Jason, I got the masterclass and I truly enjoyed it ! The amount of valuable information you provide is really mind-blowing so thank you for that :) Do you have any tips/recommendations to approach playing some rhythm section parts on guitar in this afro-cuban style ?

At last I've found a real musically melodic Guitar player, unfortunately 90% of UA-cam guitar tutorials are the dreaded minor pentatonic, Blues scale, brilliantly played Jason.

Oooh, great lesson! Love knocking around in the harmonic minor scale. It’s a pretty fun way to move up and down the fretboard once you learn the pretty simple patterns.👍🍻

Never heard of Cuban surf music! And I’m Cuban! I guess it makes sense. I love those Spanish harmonies, just makes you want to dance.

So alot of the old country songs use mostly the 1...4...5 progression. Of course this is just my opinion, but learning different songs in a different key in the 1...4...5...progression, could that be a really good way to start learning the neck of the guitar?, because I figure when you relate stuff like this using a song, it would be so much easier to remember. What are your thoughts. ❤

This is a really helpful lesson. I am already (somewhat) familiar with this stuff, and in about 45 minutes I've got both choruses down .
